Samuel spearheads the talented team at NOA with his genuine entrepreneurial spirit which incompasses the simple philosophy towards food ‘fresh, bold and exciting flavours!’.

It’s a simple philosophy that has served him well, opening local cafe institution Ozmosis cafe kitchen in 2014 followed by NOA in 2015 and finally Hopscotch Italian kitchen in 2018.

NOA is a place that allows him to release his creative energy with an ever- evolving food and drinks list. NOA is a meeting place for locals and tourists alike to enjoy seriously good food and beverages in a relaxed, yet refined environment.
